Moving Beyond Paper Assessments
Whether accommodating remote learning, standardizing weekend assignments, or conducting formal CBT (Computer Based Testing), schools need an exam environment that is resilient, cheat-resistant, and deeply tied into the central academic ledger.
Our Native Online Exams module replaces fragmented third-party testing apps by injecting assessments straight into the Student Portal.
The Question Bank Philosophy
We don't believe in single-use exams. We believe in creating educational assets. Teachers construct isolated Question Banks categorized meticulously by Subject, Class, and Difficulty Level. An exam is then generated by strategically drafting questions from this centralized global pool, allowing you to re-use premium questions across multiple years and terms.
Supported Assessment Types
- Single Choice / Multiple Choice: Automated instant grading.
- True / False: Automated instant grading.
- Subjective / Descriptive: Students can type out long-form essay answers requiring manual teacher evaluation post-exam.
Real-Time Exam Control and Auto-Grading
An online exam is useless if the parameters cannot be strictly enforced. The examiner has ultimate authority:
- Strict Attempt Windows: An exam can be configured to only exist between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Outside of this window, the test entirely locks down.
- Duration Countdowns: Aside from the window, each student has a hard timer (e.g., 45 minutes) that runs server-side to prevent manipulation.
- Single Attempt Lock: Prevent students from retaking an exam to artificially boost scores.
Upon submission, the Exam Attempt record parses objective answers through the grading algorithm in fractions of a second. Marks generated here flow effortlessly directly into the Report Card Setup, destroying the need for dual-entry administration.
