Overview
The Reports module acts as the analytical hub for the School Admin, reading data across entirely disparate tables and presenting actionable metrics.
Export Architecture: All reports utilize AJAX-driven
DataTables. This allows you to filter massive datasets (e.g., an entire year's Attendance) without page
reloads, and export the current view to CSV, Excel, or PDF using the built-in DataTable buttons.
Report Categories
Student Information
- Student Report: Class and Section-level demographic exports.
- Guardian Report: Extracts all emergency contact data.
- Admission Report: Enrollment trending data.
Finance & Accounting
- Fees Statement: The master ledger for an individual student.
- Balance Fees Report: Crucial for debt collection; displays outstanding dues calculated dynamically against the active fee master plans.
- Fees Collection Report: Tracks daily or monthly realized income across all cashiers.
- Income/Expense Report: A consolidated Profit & Loss overview blending Fee receipts with operational Expenses.
Attendance Analytics
- Monthly Attendance Report: A sweeping grid view showing `Present`, `Absent`, and `Late` tallies for an entire class over a 30-day period.
- Staff Attendance Report: Employee punctuality and leave tracking, fed directly by the Biometric module (if enabled).
Examinations
- Rank Report: Automatically orders students based on the cumulative scores logged by the `ExamMarksController`.
- Class Performance Report: Aggregate averages by Subject.
Facilities (Library, Transport, Hostel)
- Book Issue/Due Reports: Identifies unreturned library assets and calculates potential fines.
- Stock & Issue Reports: Audits the movement of physical Inventory against staff requisitions.
- Transport / Hostel Reports: Analyzes vehicle capacity and room occupancy rates.
