1. Managing Categories
Before writing articles, you must create structural categories (e.g., "Getting Started", "Billing & Payments", "Academic Features").
- Navigate to the Categories tab.
- Click Add Category to define a new grouping.
- Reordering: Like the landing page sections, you can drag and drop categories in the list to change the order they appear on the public Help Center homepage.
